Sharanya is a dedicated Bharatanatyam artist, passionate dance educator, and versatile choreographer. Her journey in the world of dance commenced at the tender age of 7 under the tutelage of Guru Shri J Suryanarayana Murthy. Since then, she has showcased her talent on prestigious platforms and stages, immersing herself in the rich tradition of Bharatanatyam.
Accolades and Recognition: She is the proud recipient of the “Yuvashri KalaBharati” award from the Bharati Yuva Kendra, Madurai, India, in recognition of her dedication and excellence in Bharatanatyam.

Professional Journey:
Bharatanatyam Training: Sharanya received rigorous training in Bharatanatyam from Guru Shri J Suryanarayana Murthy. Her performances have graced temples, Sabhas, and festivals such as Natyanjali, alongside participation in group productions by her esteemed guru.
Exploring Diverse Styles: Sharanya’s passion for dance extends beyond Bharatanatyam. After a brief hiatus, she ventured into learning other dance styles at F2FX Dance Studio. Her versatility led her to participate in Star Vijay’s Kings of Dance Season 2 as part of the XDC girls (XtraOrdinaryDancerz Crew) and Dance India Dance (duo), representing South India, earning numerous National and International accolades.
Teaching and Choreography: Leveraging her expertise, Sharanya ventured into teaching both group and private classes at Feet to Feat Dance Studio and Gaayak School. She finds immense joy in nurturing the next generation of dancers and has applied her skills to choreographing for school and college students.
Continued Learning: Despite her accomplishments, Sharanya remains a perpetual student of Bharatanatyam, refining her craft under the guidance of Anita Guha’s Bharatanjali.
